The annual Lifeview Staff Awards recognise those team members who have gone above and beyond in the previous 12 months.

Held in December each year, award winners are those staff who exemplify Lifeview’s LIFE Principles and contribute to what makes Lifeview unique and special in providing care.
The 2025 Home of the Year was Willow Wood and a large contingent of staff from the Cranbourne home were on hand to celebrate the win alongside Manager Jess (the team celebrating pictured, right).
That award capped a night of glitz and glam as staff from across the Lifeview family came together to celebrate the successes of their peers and reflect on a year of significant milestones.
From the strong community fundraising outcomes of Paying It Forward, to national industry recognition, and continued leadership in pride and diversity initiatives, the evening highlighted another wonderful year of achievements.
