Lifeview a two-time finalist in 2025 Ageing Australia You are ACE! Awards

Lifeview has been recognised in the annual Ageing Australia You Are Ace! Awards, shortlisted as a finalist in two categories.

Lifeview Emerald Glades is one of three national finalists for the Making a Difference Award, which celebrates organisations that showcase “significant community engagement and social impact, innovative programs addressing social issues, long-term sustainability of initiatives, and collaborative partnerships enhancing impact”.

Continuing with the Emerald Glades theme, John Fato was named one of five finalists for the national individual Consumer Focus & Care award.

This category is for displaying “commitment to person-centred, personalised care, tangible improvements in care quality and resident satisfaction, strong relationships with residents and families, and advocacy for resident wellbeing and dignity”.

Winners will be announced on Aged Care Employee Day (August 7) – a day dedicated to celebrating the dedication and impact of aged care professionals nationwide.

Lifeview CEO Samantha Jewell congratulated Emerald Glades and John for being named finalists.

“To be shortlisted as finalists in these national awards is a wonderful achievement for the team at Emerald Glades, under the guidance of Residential Manager Chi, and of course our fabulous housemate John, who also scooped the pool at the 2023 Lifeview Staff awards,” Samantha said.

“For Lifeview to have two of the 52 national finalists in these awards is something we are very proud of and we’re looking forward to celebrating all our team on Aged Care Employee Day on August 7.”
