  • Great role with a provider that has a major focus on wellness

If you love getting to know your patients, building relationships, learning about people, their history and understanding what makes them tick, all whilst ensuring their clinical and holistic wellness, then this role is right for you.

An award winning, Rainbow Tick accredited, aged care provider; Lifeview operates four ageing-in-place homes in Melbourne’s south eastern suburbs.  We pride ourselves on not only the care of residents but also the creative and inspiring lifestyle programs we deliver - it’s all about overall quality of life.

This vision is upheld through our four L.I.F.E. Principles: Laugh, Integrity, Focus and Engage, which create our culture of social interaction, and enjoyment, within a warm and caring environment.

We are looking for people who care about those who chose to live with us and will use their clinical knowledge to improve their quality of life. If this is you, we encourage you to apply. We value your positive attitude and willingness to learn, over experience, and will provide you with all the necessary support and mentoring, so you can grow in your career.

Reporting to the Residential Manager, you will be working closely with a team to build collaborative relationships, prioritise tasks, refine your clinical ability and verbal and written communication skills for accurate documentation.  A can-do attitude will ensure your success in this role.

Lifeview provides a more relaxed and homely environment for residents through its relationship-based model of care – Home2Home.  Home2Home enables residents to choose what time they rise, have breakfast, get dressed, and what they wish to do with their day.  This model of care requires multi-skilled staff who are agile and willing to replace the rigid, task-centred structure of the average aged care day, and where staff are encouraged to sit with residents to have a cup of tea and a chat or to organise activities around craft, cooking or anything residents are interested in doing.

We pride ourselves on our friendly team environment, which allows residents to feel right at home, as well as our industry leading innovative programs. Your days will be filled with rewarding moments as you enhance the lives of residents.
