We are looking for a proactive, forward-thinking, active RN’s (Resident Wellness Manager) and EEN’s (Resident Wellness Coordinators), who are able to provide clinical leadership and support to our homes and to ensure delivery of person-centred care to the residents. These positions are supported by experienced and supportive Managers. Available positions are best suited to Grade 3 & Grade 4 Nurses.

The successful applicant will be:

  • A Registered Nurse or Enrolled Endorsed Nurse currently registered in Australia (APHRA) without any notation
  • A confident team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills that have a passion for leading clinical outcomes
  • Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in an Aged Care in Australia
  • Postgraduate qualifications in gerontology, Dementia Care, Palliative Care or Wound Management or relevant discipline would be highly regarded but is not mandatory
  • Focused on improving quality of life of our clients
  • Understanding of ANACC
  • Sound clinical decision-making skills
  • Sound understanding of relevant legislation and experience in meeting Australian Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Standards
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a balanced approach
  • Highly organised with proven ability to appropriately prioritise tasks in a busy environment
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to use computer software in the delivery of care services
  • Hold a current driver’s license
