Permanent Part-time role (24 hours per week)
Friendly team and great working environment
Great role with a provider that has a major focus on lifestyle programs

If you love getting crafty, dressing up, singing, dancing, planning great parties, and events, then this role is right for you.

An award winning, Rainbow Tick accredited, aged care provider; Lifeview operates four ageing-in-place homes in Melbourne’s southeastern suburbs.  We pride ourselves on not only the care of residents but also the creative and inspiring lifestyle programs we deliver - it’s all about overall quality of life.

This vision is upheld through our four L.I.F.E. Principles: Laugh, Integrity, Focus and Engage, which create our culture of social interaction, and enjoyment, within a warm and caring environment.

We are seeking a qualified, experienced, energetic and passionate Lifestyle Assistant for our boutique 60-bed home in Wheelers Hill.   This is a hands-on role where you will be required to develop and deliver lifestyle programs with and for the residents, of all abilities.

We offer a 7-day-a-week lifestyle program, which is designed with the residents, who whilst they love their bingo and armchair travel, are always looking for something new and exciting to do.  You will be supported by a Social Support Coordinator, as well as the maintenance, gardening, hospitality and marketing teams to produce well-rounded interesting programs, that have meaning and relevance to those who are participating.

We pride ourselves on our friendly team environment, which allows residents to feel right at home, as well as our industry leading lifestyle programs. Reporting to the Residential Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, dedicated and proactive Lifestyle / Social Support Assistant to join our team, to get creative, have fun and really make a difference.  You are only limited by your imagination.

Your days will be filled with rewarding moments as you enhance the lives of residents. Your “can do” attitude and willingness to commit to our L.I.F.E principles will ensure your success in this role.
