A leader in person-centred care Lifeview received this award for its focus on resident wellbeing and quality of life through best practice lifestyle programming. Also recognised was Lifeview's partnership with Alzheimer's Australia Vic, the resident Magic Moments program and the company's leading LGBTI inclusion and development initiatives.

Tracey spends her days enriching the lives of residents. By designing lifestyle programs that reflect the interests and abilities of residents, and taking best practice ideas, turning them into meaningful and exciting events, Tracey ensures Lifeview residents live exciting and fulfilling lives.

Brodie Farrer – Lifeview Willow Wood

Recognising a individual who generously volunteers their time to enhance the health outcomes and wellbeing of older Victorians.

Brodie's ability to light up a room and put a smile on the faces of residents is amazing. A Cerebral Palsy sufferer Brodie is an important part of the fabric that is Lifeview Willow Wood – her one and only focus is making resident's days.

2013 Better Practice Award – Resident Lifestyle

Australian Aged Care Quality Agency, recognised Lifeview for excelling in resident lifestyle by awarding the organisation the coveted 2013 Better Practice Award for Resident Lifestyle.

The award was presented to Lifeview in the category of Resident Lifestyle for the annual PAC (Positive Ageing Celebration) Event. Formed from an innovative concept, the PAC Event demonstrates improvement and innovation and brings enjoyment to residents. The event also embraces the diversity of resident interests and abilities, and gives them an opportunity to live their possibilities.

Roger Neal – Lifeview Emerald Glades

Recognising a individual who generously volunteers their time to enhance the health outcomes and wellbeing of older Victorians.

Roger has been a valued Lifeview volunteer at Emerald Glades since February 2012. During this time, Roger has proven himself to be an exceptionally willing and accommodating person, who is “never too busy to lend a hand.” Roger established the Men's Shed in 2012 and it quickly became the most popular social gathering for male residents at the home.
